The Royal Me is a Boston-based indie rock band that blends guitar-heavy grit with (somewhat) melodic pop instincts. Fuzzed-out, hook-laden, and lyrically sharp, the band is armed with a loose confidence that is a little hard to believe. The current lineup features vocalist/guitarist F Englander, guitarist T Willits, drummer R Dawley, and bassist B O'Brien — together channeling a shared love of unpretentious indie rock built on strong songs rather than algorithm filler.
In 2025, The Royal Me released five singles and a 15-song LP, The End of Wishing for Numbered Days, earning airplay on WMBR 88.1, WMFO 91.5, WTJU 91.1, and multiple internet radio stations and curated playlists.
